Seguin Cottage Waterfront Deck

Complete teardown and rebuild of a waterfront boathouse deck and dock structure at a cottage on the shores of Seguin Township. The original structure had severely weathered, darkened wood that was structurally compromised after years of exposure to the elements. The project involved full demolition of the old decking and framing, followed by construction of a new cedar deck platform, staircase, and board-and-batten cedar cladding on the boathouse exterior. The finished result is a durable, attractive waterfront space perfectly suited to cottage life in Muskoka.
